Retro Football Club

The Customer accepts and confirms, at the moment of order, the terms and conditions of the seller published on www.retrofootballclub.com and declares to accept these without reserve. These present terms and conditions can and may be changed at any given moment. The seller’s conditions are valid only on the day of order/purchase.

Retro Football Club:  is the name of the online shop and is trademarked by Capra Alessandro.
Site: www.retrofootballclub.com occupies the selling of retro football clothing.
Customer: physical or legal person who buy on the  www.retrofootballclub.com site accept the conditions of sale.
Orders: the order form that appears on our site must be filled out completely and then sent.
Products, articles or goods: assets that are sold on our site are sold based on these conditions.
Personalized goods or personalized products: assets modified or characterized upon request of the customer are based on specific indications (number, names, etc).
Price: corresponds on the sale of the assets.
Contract: this is generated on conditions of the sale based on the objects distance
Withdrawal form: this form must be compiled and sent if the Customer desires to withdrawal from purchasing.
Exchange form: this form must be compiled and then sent if any defects are found and the Customer wishes an exchange.

Art.3 - REGISTRATION
The Customer is NOT obliged to register on the website before being able to buy online from our catalogue. The veracity of data which is released to Retro Football Club during the recording is the responsibility of the Customer. The information which is released from the Customer at the moment of the order must compromise to that of Customer and Retro Football Club will not be held responsible for any data that does not correspond to that of the same Customer.
Art. 4 - PRIVACY
The communicated data necessary from the Customer to execute the contract are all in agreement with the dispositions of the 30 Decree Legislative of June 2003 n° 196 in accordance of the Personal Data Protection Act. Retro Football Club engages itself consequently to respect such a decree of the fine handling of Customer data exclusively for contractual matters and promotional advertising, in the latter case only on request of the Customer. The data of the Customer will not, for any reason, be rendered public or yielded to third parties.
Art. 5 - SALE OF THE PRODUCTS

The products are available for purchase only online by means of automated procedure of the  www.retrofootballclub.com site. The purchases tried through other channels are not accepted. There are no limits to the number of articles that can be acquired, whether the same or different; unless in the case of offers/sales where the amount of availability will depend on the amount in stock. The Retro Football Club bond: this will be lost at the moment that your right of refund expires. Retro Football Club will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail every time it receives and accepts an order. Retro Football Club reserves the right not to accept orders of Customers with which it has had quarrels and/or contentions, communicating this via email to the persons concerned. If, for any reason, a product runs out or is out of stock Retro Football Club will communicate this as quickly as possible. In the event the Customer acquires an article still in our catalogue online but effectively out of production with our suppliers, Retro Football Club is obliged to replace it with a product marked in catalogue of the same price as of the Customers choice or to refund the total amount. The photographs and text that illustrate the products are not to contractual character.

All prices are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Customer must be responsible for any custom taxes in the land that they want to ship to. Customers who reside outside the EU are advised to inquire at a Jurisdiction Office before purchasing. The price of every product is that visible in our catalogue at that moment is that of the actual purchase. Shipment costs are separate and are to cargo of the Customer. The cost of the shipment of the goods will be added to the cost of acquired articles as soon as the order of payment has been displayed to the Customer. The final shipping amount to the Customer is comprised of: price of the product or the products, comprehensive of 20% VAT and expenses of shipment. Ways of payment are as follows: Credit Card or Paypal at the moment of the order or bank transfer from the supplied current account that will be requested from the Customer. For the payments made by card, Retro Football Club has use of the PagOnline Gateaway supplied by Unicredit Banca. At the moment of payment, the data of the credit card of the Customer is inserted directly under protection to which Retro Football Club has no knowledge of. For the payments made by credit transfers, the Customer is held responsible to inquire themselves of their own credit situation on the costs to them of this type of transaction.

The amount of time for delivery is maximum 24/48 hours if the products are in stock.  In the event that goods are not in stock the time of delivery is maximum 7/10 days. If are in course of production near our suppliers, the time of delivery is maximum 30 days. The times of delivery are in no way binding. The deliveries are carried out through express couriers or through mail, depending on the destination of the goods. The place of delivery is that indicated by the Customer in the order. Deliveries will not be made to post boxes, hotels or campsites. At the moment of the shipment, Retro Football Club will inform the Customer that their order is in phase of delivery. Retro Football Club will not be held responsable for any delays that are out of our hands. The shipping costs of cargo of the Customer and will be indicated during the completion of the order online. After the pick up the shipment is under responsability of the shipper only.

Art. 8 - SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipment costs vary according to the amount of the order and of the type of shipment that the Customer wishes, in any case before inserting the payment data it will be possible to choose the type of shipment and to visualize the total amount to pay comprehensive of cost of the goods and cost of the shipment. The following table shows the shipment rates, expressed in Euro, according to the products acquired from Retro Football Club.
Art.9 - RIGHTS OF RETURNS

In agreement with what this written in the Legislative Decree of 22 May 1999 n° 185 the Customer can take advantage of the recess right by completing the relative return form, and sending back the product to the address from which we supplied the goods within 10 (ten) days from reception of the same one (from marked postal date). The recess right can be exercised only from the persons who acquire the present products on our site for different scopes from their professional activity. The products must be sent back to our address, pack in its original packaging, with it original labels attached and without being used, damaged or dirty. We reserve the right not to accept the goods in return if there are lacking at least one of these requirements. The costs of return shipping are that of the Customer. The Customer must return the products by registered (signed) mail only. Retro Football Club will reimburse the price of the products given back within 30 days from the reception of the goods. Shipment costs will not be reimbursed. It is not admitted to change or to replace the article that is given back with another. If the Customer is not satisfied with the acquired product they can return it and receive a reimbursement equal to its value. The personalization of products denies any rights of return.

The Customer can ask the replacement of the goods if any defects have been found or damages on the acquired product or incorrect size. In order to ask for a replacement it must start with the procedure of compiling and sending the relative replacement form of rendering and proceeding to the shipment of the goods, to the address from which we supplied, within 10 (ten) days of receiving (from marked postal date). The products must be sent back to our address, pack in its original packaging, with it original labels attached and without being used, damaged or dirty. Retro Football Club reserves the right to accept the request of replacement if when verifying the defect we find no tampering on the part of the Customer. If the request for a replacement is accepted, Retro Football Club will replace the product and it will send it to the Customer at their own expense, but only after the receipt of product in replacement from the Customer. The Customer must return the product in replacement by registered (signed) mail only and the costs are that of the Customer. The personalization of products denies any rights of replacement.
Art. 11 - CONTRACTUAL RESOLUTION
Retro Football Club has the right to cancel the contract with the Customer communicating it and indicating the reason for such a cancellation, in such cases we will give back to the Customer the sums already paid. Every right of the Customer to any type of compensation for damage, any indemnification and any type of responsibility for direct or indirect damages to provoked persons of the lacked acceptance an order or the contractual resolution is excluded.

Trademarks, logos, photographs and other present signs or symbols on the site belong to the respective owners. The use of marks, logos, photographs and other signs or symbols is prohibited, included the reproduction on the Internet, from unauthorized third parties. The contents of the site are protected by copyright.

The contract and the terms and conditions of sale are written in italian, english, french and spanish. In the case that the site is not able to translate, the version will be in Italian.

The contract is to be held according to Italian law. For any controversies derived from the contract, a competent Court will be used in the place of residence or address of the Customer if this is a consumer. All other cases will be competent in via exclusive rights to the Court of Alessandria, in Italy.
